A prodigal son of Baltimore, Usani—formerly known as William Vick II—returned to
Charm City from his Garden State roots at the age of 17, driven by a passion for
creativity, music, and curation. His journey as a multi-dimensional creative led him
to opportunities to work as an assistant and marketing strategist under Business
Director Roy Breckinridge and Zen Edge USA Inc. while simultaneously developing
his own endeavors through music and entertainment. These experience became
the perfect launching pad for his evolving mind, providing him with firsthand
insight into scaling ideas and executing marketing strategies.

Armed with this knowledge, Usani applied his expertise to building his own
ventures within the entertainment industry. In 2018, he founded The Urban
Embassy, a platform dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices. Through
curating musical experiences , fostering a thriving creative community in the DMV
region, and collaborating with some of the world’s most influential figures, Usani
remains committed to constructing a more sustainable infrastructure and support
system for artists across the spectrum through his recently launched platform
FUZE-DMV.

The nucleus of such a creative journey has always been Usani’s love for music and
the power it possesses. Through out his professional stint; writing, producing as
well music directing has always been a constant. 2023, Bloom Orchestra was born
from the USVNI umbrella as an ode to Baltimore’s indelible influence on music and
the incredible artist that make up this collective band-stand. Fall 2025 marks the
official release of debut music from USVNI as well as Bloom Orchestra. As an artist
on the front lines of a Baltimore renaissance, the goal has always been simply to
create more innovative ways to convey a message of resilience and creativity
through a more cerebral approach to artistry and community building.
The vision of a for artists, by artists movement is alive and growing, thanks to
creatives like Usani who are dedicated to aligning purpose with intentionality
through community-driven ventures.
